Bio

He was born in Trenque Launquen, Buenos Aires, in 1989.
He studied piano with Professor Jose Eleicegui at the Provincial Conservatory of Pehuajo and studied the Higher Technical Degree in Jazz at the Superior Conservatory "Manuel de Falla". There he took piano, improvisation and ensemble classes with Ernesto Jodos.

In addition to his own groups (Tomás Fares Quinteto and Sono Trío), Fares is part of Pedro Aznar's group, Juan Cruz de Urquiza's quartet, Melina Moguilevsky's group, Soledad Liebeskind's, Rodrigo Agudelo's group, Daniel's ensemble Mazzitelli, and the bands Livin Soul Proyect, Jamal and BHB quintet.
